The problem
Pricing and coupon errors on lg.com/us were surfacing after customers had already made purchases. The business needed an earlier signal and a faster way to understand what had gone wrong.
What I built
Pitched the platform to LG North America's CEO and business-unit vice presidents, then built it with full ownership of the implementation.
Customized forecasting models for 26 KPIs using Chronos-2 on Vertex AI, combining hourly forecasts with five-minute detection.
Built a deterministic agentic investigation pipeline to examine alerts and produce reports grounded in evidence.
The outcome
The platform generates root-cause reports in minutes, replacing hours of manual analyst investigation.
